Crafting Masonry Since 1980

Hans began his masonry career in 1980, starting his apprenticeship in the Tri-Valley area. He became licensed and insured in 1990, and since then Hans and Trudi Thiering have built a trusted, family-owned masonry business serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Bay Area.

Over the years, Hans has completed custom patios and walkways, worked across the University of California, Berkeley campus, contributed to projects at the Prescott Hotel, and restored historic buildings throughout the region — including restoration work on three historic monuments at Joaquin Miller Park.

As a small, family-owned business, we take pride in honest craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering lasting results on every project.
